Version: Adware Away 2.2.8.7
Pros: I had been having a problem with my IE browser opening up to "about blank" instead of my home page. All my anti spyware programs said my home page hadn't been hi-jacked, so I didn't know what the problem was. I even did a couple of system restores which didn't correct the problem. So I downloaded a couple of new browsers, Maxthon & Avant, which also came up with "about blank". I installed Adware Away and it solved the problem immediately with it's super fast scan. It also got rid of some adware that Adaware and A-squared missed, which are both fine programs. It has a anty spy program in it also, but not as effective as Spy Sweeper, or Spyware Doctor, You really need at least one of those. But if you are having problems with "about blank", or want a good maleware remover, I recommend Adware Away highly. TWO thumbs WAY UP and SIX stars!

"Product did not work and I have even more adware than before!"
Cons: I downloaded it specifically to remove the about:blank hijacker. It did not work and I now have a number of new adware problems that I didn't have before downloading and running Adware Away. My desktop has now been hijacked and all my favorites have been replaced. As instructed in their refund policy, I did a global scan and tried to submit it to tech support but my emails kept coming back as undeliverable. The company will not honor their advertised 7 day money back guarantee. I requested my guarantee within 2 days of purchase but they said they "disagreed" with the problems I was having and have denied my refund.

Pros: It fixed my About;Blank homepage after i used 5 or 6 different adaware programs...This is the easiest and best adaware program I have used...I am going to buy this one well worth the price
Cons: None the short scan did everything it needed to do

"Succeeded where others failed!"
Pros: This program accomplished what many others could not in a very short period of time. Accomplished everything during the trail period but it was so effective decided to purchase! If you have struggled with about blank this is the program for you!!!
Cons: A little confusing to use at first but once you figure it out it takes care of everything else!

Pros: I was really pleased when I got rid of about blank and some popups that spybot and adaware hadn't gotten rid of. What made me decide to write a review (the first one I've done) is that the tech support is so helpful and he gets back to you in an hour or two!
Cons: Doing the scans was a little confusing to me at first. The written help could have been clearer on some things.
