This isn't the most feature-packed Windows-optimization utility, nor the most effective, but we found it one of the easiest to control. Advanced WindowsCare's simple interface offers two main options: Repair and Repair And Optimize. The former fixes Registry entries and cleans out your operating system. The latter does the same thing and tweaks Windows for maximum performance.
If you run into trouble, the Restoration option can return your system to its original configuration. The Advanced menu provides fine control over repairs and optimizations. On the downside, we noticed only one improvement on our test PC: a reduced amount of used RAM. Also, the program's brief descriptions of system problems may not satisfy seasoned users. And although the latest version of the app includes a help file, we wouldn't call it extensive.
Nevertheless, if your system is running sluggishly and you're considering reinstalling Windows, it wouldn't hurt to try this freeware package first.

Version: Advanced WindowsCare 1.71
Pros: I'm not sure why this software product is free, because it works as good as all the optimizers and registry cleaners that I paid good money for. I tried it out on my test pc, because my regular pc was already tweaked from my purchased registry optimizers. Advanced Windows Care sped up the boot time and in general, my whole os by about 25 percent or more. It scans, optimizes, and repairs your registry quickly. If you use Advanced Windows Care, CCleaner, Advanced Spy Remover, and Ewido Anti Malware, and Zone Alarm, You will have a super fast secure PC without spending a dime. Advanced Windows Care gets 5 stars and two thumbs up!

Pros: Simple to use(three clicks and your done).No problems so far.Really has sped up my boot up time quite considerably.
Cons: Not alot else semms to have benefitted from the running of this utility for me.Try it for yourself is my advice.

"My Windows did not Fly..... but this a good TWEAKING Application"
Pros: Don't know why I had some issues with the previous version of "Advanced WindowsCare 1.7" So I did a System Restore & Unistalled it.
But this Version Advanced WindowsCare 1.71 seems to be OK.
There were no Great Improvements in my system's performance, but it was running smooth.
+ Simple Interface.
Cons: nothing.

Pros: Quick analysis of system's main areas. Suggests corrections to speed up, fix or repair system for better speed and/or performance.
Cons: Some settings can annoy users (disable startup of Messenger). Also, if you optimize to recommended settings, it may temporary damage your computer. My experience is a Blue Screen on Windows XP on startup after repairing "errors" with this program and unable to start again in Normal mode. A System Restore was run from Safe Mode and everything was fine again.
I recommend this program to experts ONLY, not for the normal user. Experience to use this program: 8.5/10.

Version: Advanced WindowsCare 1.71
Pros: It drastically improved my system start-up, and overall computing speed, I am very satisfied with this software, a must for everybody.
Cons: Make sure that you are not installing anything (Windows Update) when you optimize, it may cause problems, really no big deal though.
