This isn't the most feature-packed Windows-optimization utility, nor the most effective, but we found it one of the easiest to control. Advanced WindowsCare's simple interface offers two main options: Repair and Repair And Optimize. The former fixes Registry entries and cleans out your operating system. The latter does the same thing and tweaks Windows for maximum performance.
If you run into trouble, the Restoration option can return your system to its original configuration. The Advanced menu provides fine control over repairs and optimizations. On the downside, we noticed only one improvement on our test PC: a reduced amount of used RAM. Also, the program's brief descriptions of system problems may not satisfy seasoned users. And although the latest version of the app includes a help file, we wouldn't call it extensive.
Nevertheless, if your system is running sluggishly and you're considering reinstalling Windows, it wouldn't hurt to try this freeware package first.

"Best free tweaking program for big john"
Pros: I really love this free program, simple, fast and effective. My laptop is more responsive than ever before. It's a trusted free program.
Cons: One of my friend told me that it's rubbish since he can tweak my computer better than this one. I think you should try it before anyone can really help you.

Pros: I have a SONY VAIO TR2 ? great system ? but over the last couple of weeks I was so bugged by the slow startup and sluggish performance that I was contemplating changing the machine ? with better speed or to try formatting the system and getting it back to zero. I tried the system mechanic (purchased a full version 5.0) ? did some improvements but nothing to my satisfaction. Now after spending some precious money I was on the verge of doing a full system restore. It just happened that I found this ADVANCED WINDOWSCARE and downloaded it. My idea was that just run it once and see how it works. In my mind had a perception that this would be crap and nothing great as it's a FREE SOFTWARE. Ran this software ? to my surprise and shock it said 41 errors I clicked REPAIR ? the result was atleast a 50% improvement in the performance ? REALLY it not a joke and anyway ? I know people are not going to belive this thus I would rather say _ USE IT AND THEN WRITE ABOUT IT.
Cons: The fact that the thing or the cleanup it requires soem technical knowledge

Pros: After installing this product my system works much better. Before it was a little slow, but after using this product it snapped to attention. A must have for every computer user.

"A Real FAST Way To Clean Your PC...For FREE!!"
Pros: This program only asked me one question: "How many of the 20 programs that load at startup do I REALLY want to load at startup?" Answer: 2. I keep my PC clean with 1ClickPCFix, so I was surprised when this one found SO MANY errors and then QUICKLY fixed them all. My notebook runs like it should again with a 3.2G P4 and 1GB RAM.
Cons: It changed all of my fonts to some CRYPTIC looking font where some of the letters aren't even full letters! And I mean it changed them ALL, throughout Windows, Outlook Express, Internet Explorer, etc. I've spent hours trying to get them looking "normal" again to no avail. Also be aware this program SHUTS DOWN System Restore. After cleaning, I went back in and enabled it, plus established a restore point.

Pros: First time I ran the program it found problems. After running and rebooting 100% difference. My PC ran like I had just taken it out the box. I have tried many programs and none of them have worked as good as this one.
Cons: Let you know when and if I have any.
