From ElcomSoft:

This program is designed to recover lost or forgotten passwords (including multilingual passwords) from protected personal-storage files, used by Microsoft Outlook (all versions: 97, 98, 2000, XP, 2003, 2007 beta) to store information such as e-mail and contacts. The program can also recover passwords to mail accounts created in Outlook 98/2000/XP/2003/2007. Version 1.34 adds support for Office 2007 (beta), includes a few bug fixes related to some specific PST files, ang got a new installer and HTML-based help file.

Despite its narrow focus, this utility effectively recovers lost passwords from Microsoft's ubiquitous e-mail client. The clean interface has only a few icons, reflecting the program's simplicity. In our tests, Advanced Outlook Password Recovery cracked all passwords in a matter of seconds. However, beyond its ability to log recovered passwords, the feature set is virtually nonexistent. Also, since the program stores all information in the Windows Registry, you'll lose the data if your OS is damaged or upgraded. The demo version is powerless to retrieve passwords larger than three characters. Home users probably won't need the app more than once or twice, but system administrators may find it more useful.
