You can have a fully customized Web effect ready in less than 4 minutes and even send it by e-mail or create screensavers. It contains 40 customizable effects of which 17 are freeware effects and 23 are adware effects (these have a small link and delay at the applet initialization). This package includes the powerful Visual Applet Configurator (VAC) which lets you customize the effects to your liking.
Version 2 features new interface and updates many applets.

Version: Advanced Effect Maker Freeware Edition 2
Pros: Installed very easy. Nice documentation and tutorial. Mostly point and click. I learned how to use this in 20 mins. Upgrades are sensibly priced.
Cons: Rather limited but don't forget, It's Free.

"Really cool animation software."
Pros: I recently downloaded this freeware and right from the beginning without even reading the help or anything I was able to get something out of it. I would recomend this program to my friends.
Cons: Nothing so far.....

Pros: It appears to come with all it says it does, approx. 40 effects applets. Your able to change parts of how they are presented, and it generates the code you will need to load it into your webpage.
Cons: What you will not be able to do is actually "Make" your own effects, you will only get to use the ones supplied. Menus available are extremely limited, so if your looking for navigation, your out of luck.
