It not only lets you play and navigate DVD, it also plays popular file types such as DivX, MPEG, AVI, WMV, ASF, MP3, JPEG, and GIF. AdvancedDVDPlayer includes: the built-in explorer that lets you browse your computer for favorite movie clips, songs, and images, then you can create play list by drag and drop. Version 2.30 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
Note: This software comes with Dealio Shopping toolbar, that can be installed or uninstalled at the user's choice.

Version: Advanced DVD Player 2.30
"Warning! Contains no less than 3 viruses."
Pros: Not a whole lot; see criticism below.
Cons: Well I was looking for a free dvd playback program, and found this. Unfortunately, because it is quite crap. First it tries to install some toolbar & change your browser homepage during the install; next my mcafee detected no less than three infected files from the program; when the program finally runs, you can't do anything with it, because all you get is a "buy the full version" window.
One word review: worthless.
