Cons: installed and immediately crashed computer. This is a new computer installed by a technician with no spyware, and best antivirus, so there is no excuse!

"Basic and easy to use, but free version is lacking... everything"

Pros: Solid, worked well, opened quickly and easily, easy to navigate.
Cons: Can't do basic stuff like full screening the picture without having the paid version. Pretty boring circa Win98 looking skin, which you have to look at along with your DVD.
