The barely adequate Advanced DVD Player Pro plays DVDs passably well, but its interface has a cumbersome and amateurish look, with large separate panels for the playlist and the file tree. It doesn't let you bookmark interesting scenes to quickly replay afterward. Nor can it automatically resume playback from the moment you last stopped it. Most frustrating, it doesn't let you pause playback and navigate the movie using the time line. If you're looking for a software DVD player, you have plenty of other choices. We would steer clear of this one.Publisher's description
From 01smith :Advanced DVD Player Pro not only lets you play and navigate DVD, it also plays popular file types such as DivX, MPEG, AVI, WMV, ASF, MP3, JPEG, and GIF. Advanced DVD Player Pro is fully skinned. The built-in explorer lets you browse your computer for favorite movie clips, songs, and images, then you can create play list by drag and drop, no confusing setting for you to figure out. The player bookmarks the last video or song you played and automatically plays it next time it runs.

Cons: First of all, it is not without limitations, as it is falsley advertised. One of the most frustrating limitation is that you can't use the fullscreen play without upgrading to the professional version. It is a sellware, it's only function is to get you to buy some crappy software.

"Don't waste your time! Its not free!"
Pros: None...I would say because its free, but its not...just download and see.
Cons: You know, I am really sick and tired of people claiming "FREE" and "NO LIMITATIONS" when its only a trial or limited...this software you have to download something for it to properly work (and yes, you have to pay for it)...how is that free?
Summary: Don't waste your time...just another liar claiming an unlimited freebie that you have to pay for in the end...thanks for wasting my time!
