Admin PC is a registry tool allowing you to configure your PC in a way you desire. It includes hundreds of restrictions you could apply to your system and/or your applications. These restrictions will stop others from tampering with your PC. The utility itself could be password protected. You could restrict access to Control Panel, Network Settings, Desktop, and others. You could control programs that start automatically when Windows start. Version 1.4 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Admin PC does a great job of locking various computer components from other users, although it can be a bit cumbersome to use. The program's practical interface allows you to make overall system modifications or you can restrict specific areas per user account. We were able to hide and disable certain areas of Internet Explorer, including the address bar, favorites list, and download capabilities. You can block specifics in the control panel or on your desktop, or simply block them in their entirety. Admin PC also offers secured access to removable disks, registry, floppy drives, and CD-ROMs. This application can and should be password protected. Some program settings required a system restart to take effect. We only wish that those settings that didn't had fewer steps. A simple tick of the setting you'd like to enable just doesn't do it. Instead, you'll encounter a multistep process. Even so, users will appreciate Admin PC's ability to guard system settings.
