Much more than a simple pop-up blocker, Ad Annihilator scores all aces. The program not only installs as a colorful toolbar in your Web browser, it also lets you access all functions via a right click. In our tests, the application capably killed all pop-ups, banners, and Flash ads we threw its way, and you can choose to block or allow all three types of ads from particular sites. We appreciate that Ad Annihilator can eliminate many banners or pop-ups at once by using a string or a specific keyword as a cue to block, and the ability to save your customized settings as a project is a nice plus. Once you switch to the advanced mode, you'll uncover a whole new world of functionality, as Ad Annihilator features an enhanced cache that lets you browse offline Web pages. If you're digging through a long list of offline sites, you can easily find what you're looking for by searching by name, content, and date. Version: Ad Annihilator 2.4.4
Pros: It is highly recommended. No other program can offer you so effective and simple mechanisms for stopping ads. Pay attention to its context menu that is opened with right mouse click, and it has all you need to stop invasion of ads and popups
Cons: AdAnn is slightly overfeatured. First time I installed it, I was dazzled by a lot of options and buttons. But then I started to feel that it does its job greatly and better than other advertisement and cookie blockers

Version: Ad Annihilator 2.4.4
"Powerful tool for elimination of nuisances of today's websites"
Pros: 1) Stops all popups by default
2) A blocked popup can be effortlessly opened or enabled
3) Most banner pictures is blocked by default as Ad Annihilator is pre-shipped with a lot of banner filters
4) Any other banner may be effortlessly blocked with a mouse click
5) To unblock a banner picture as easy as to block it (see above)
6) There are other useful features: cookie blocker, offline browser, search for cached web pages by keyword, showing of IE menus and address bar even for webpages that disable them and so on
7) Built-in into Internet Explorer so you can use it altogteher with other IE toolbars and plugins such as Alexa toolbar
Cons: 1) Works only With Internet Explorer
2) Not free and there is no a cheaper version with less features
