From Active Password Recovery Software :Active Password Changer is a DOS-based solution designed for resetting local user passwords in case of administrator's password is forgotten or lost. Forgotten password recovery software is useful if you lost the administrator password and cannot access the operation system. Other Windows login security restrictions like 'Account is disabled', 'Password never expires', 'Account is locked out', 'User Must Change Password at Next Logon' and 'Logon Hours' can changed or reset. Supported platforms: Windows XP, 2000, NT and Windows Server 2003.
Version 3.0.028 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

"Works fine, little difficult to use (surely for newbe)"
Pros: Works perfectly. Just be carefull.
Cons: yes, it's DOS based so you will see many command lines go by, strange looking things if you never saw DOS before. Somethimes if you're not quiet familiar with dos you'll need some time to think about filling in next command line.
But.... who will need such good program is (I think) already some kind of computer-expert and should not have a problem.

"Purchased, downloaded, used - 5 minutes - problem solved"
Pros: The ISO bootable CD image is great. The DOS "reset" tool is very intuitive, especially if you came from that era!
