Version: Active GIF Creator 2.23
Pros: make sure all the pics you are going to use are converted to GIfs and can be easily found, that way it goes by quicker.
Cons: only think i didnt like was the fact that if you dont buy it, they write on your gifs. only way to remove the writing is to buy it.

Version: Active GIF Creator 2.23
"I've definitely seen better, but it's an OK program"
Pros: Non-constant frames per second can be usefull, and you can change the delay of all the images at the same time, which is usefull. However, the delay must be an integer ammount of centiseconds (100th of a second), so it is impossible to do exactely 30 frames per second.
Cons: When you import a image, the "advanced" open picture dialog does not have the My Documents folder or any desktop folders, so i have to to the full file path for the My Documents folder, which gets rather annoying. Also, When I attempted to export the gif, nothing happened so i could not export it. Another problem is when i tested my animation with transparency, the image did not refresh the backgound, and instead drew the next frame over top of the last one, making transparency completely useless.

Version: Active GIF Creator 2.23
Pros: The download itself was very quick and installation was even quicker. This program is also very simple to use and requires no prior knowledge of other programs.
Cons: The only cons are that the file size is 4.01MB. You also need a program like WinZip to open this program, because it comes zipped.
