"Stable, clean interface, great functionality"
Version: Active@ Boot Disk 3.0.89
Pros
Have used Active@Boot Disk to restore several systems in various stages of 'crash' The WinPE environment and provided tools all work flawlessly. Use it to recover a failed disk, make sector copies for exact restores or use the selective backup/restore functionality.
Cons
Would like an expanded GUI for partitioning.

"Great Recovery Software"
Version: Active@ Boot Disk 3.0.89
Pros
The DEMO version is limited to 65MB of data recovery, but the software works! BUY IT!!!! I can say that it truly saved my a@@! I am a broke person, but I would definately pay two times the price to buy the registered version to get the "user friendly" interface and GREAT results the software produced! I highly recommend this software! Also, for your backups, and restores, use DRIVE IMAGE XML, I do not work for them, nor is this a cheap plug. I use the FREEWARE and it works like it says it does with zero issues. My scenario was that I used the Active@Boot Disk to recover my backup files that I created with Drive Image XML, and then used the latter to re-install my system as it was before my crash. I am ecstatic! The whole system is just as it was a week before my crash!!
