"Using its SQL based personal portal server ActivatorDesk reads its built-in data and then renders or manufactures its very own web pages, including Favorites, in seconds 'on-the-fly' right on your own PC. You have instant access to a comprehesive index or map of the internet and personal favorites links or information. When adding Favorites the browser retrieves web site keywords and descriptions and stores these in the secure database system. Even notes about the website may be entered into the description field for later reference. The browser is the only browser to have 'top of page' and 'bottom of page' navigation. The on-board portal index and ad-filters may be updated similar to the way antivirus programs perform updates.

"The program may be used without its security or it may be used to 'Lock Down' Windows computers so that only a single individual or select individuals may access it and be limited to view only select web sites or run select Windows programs and desktop lockdown security may also be remotely managed over the internet or any company subnet."
