Don t let the title trick you. Action DVD & DivX Player does support popular video formats, but it CAN T play back DVDs. On closer examination, you will find out that the program is nothing else but a skin for Windows Media Player (which actually does the main job). The utility only adds a bare-bones organizer for your videos. The program displays advertising banners. Other freeware media players offer much more functionality, so we see no particular reason to bother about downloading this one, especially if you have Windows Media Player installed on your PC.Publisher's description

Pros: None.
Cons: This will not play DVD's at all. There is no option in it to do so. name of program is misleading. It only lets you open up movie files and play them, and that is not DVD.

Pros: Built in DVD DECODER. A very simple player. STOP PLAY PAUSE FF RW.
Cons: No Volume Control, No SKIPPING To the next chapter. The time line is at the top of the screen.
