Acoo Browser merges a couple of features from its competitors, brings in something new, and combines everything into one package that you'll appreciate. Its GUI offers tabbed browsing like Firefox and IE7 but, setting itself apart, this browser runs tabs along the bottom of the window by default.
You'll also get a few skins like Opera does. All of the usual toolbar navigational buttons are here, plus pop-up blockers and filters for ActiveX controls and ads. Its practical menu options let you quickly change proxies and make quick calculations with clipboard copying for results. Acoo Browser performs almost everything from opening new browser windows to refreshing Web pages with keyboard shortcuts, but its mouse gesture functioning is a gem. You can close, open, and even flip through pages all by holding down a mouse button and moving the mouse in the direction defined on the Help menu.
It also comes with its own built-in tracks cleaner. Wipe out traces of your search history, cache, URL, cookies, and automatically complete forms and passwords one by one or all at once. All surfers will like its added conveniences, along with the shrewd combination of features from popular rivals.

"It's good, but needs improvements"
Pros: It seems as this is a rip off of Avant Browser, but I do think it was made by the same people. It is extremely fast, faster than any browser I've seen as of yet. I am amazed at how fast it loads and displays html.
It's a good tabbed browser, easy functional. It's improved in RAM since Avant. But recommended to use Avant over any other browser.
Cons: Toolbars are needed. It may come with 6 or 7, but some of them are sometimes useless (i.e. roboform is you dont use it, search toolbar(is all that has a is a search), links toolbar(which hasn't done anything for me yet), and plug-ins(which might be useful to some))
Lacks major features that would make this a farely good browser. Far from yet choosing hardly any skins for it. You get the default one which seems to spread out everything and makes it look ugly.
Enough has been said, I would recommend avant against this browser, hey I'd even recommend opra over this one.
