I spend hours trying to get this work and finally gave up. The hot-key sequence to access the program almost never worked. It does not block URL's properly even though that is supposed to be one of its features.
Support is totally unhelpful.
Uninstalling is a nightmare becuase the program is hidden away.Summary
Forget it! This is absolutely the worst piece of software I have ever purchased!

When it worked, I liked it. Simply takes screen shots at programable intervals.
Cons
Download the software and NEVER given password to access it! Took a week for their, HORRIBLY SLOW, tech support to send one.
Then it slowed my Dual 2.8 Quad Core Mac to a crawl with no access to uninstall it. Tech support is ignoring me.Summary

Dangerous software to have running while not being able to access when the password box decides to, all of the sudden, not show itself.
If you buy from this unreliable company, then remember these two things;
1- DO NOT RUN IN STEALTH MODE
2- Pay the extra $10 for a disc copy of the software, because you will probably need to continuously reinstall it. The download only works 3 times, -

apart from looking nice this is all i can say good.

i tried this and another '5 star rated' keylogger first before i settled on the one im using now. i found this to be very buggy and slowed my pc down to a point all i could do is reset the blinking thing. when i tested all keys i found that the program did not record ALL keys and in fact missed some vital ones out which my daughter uses for email. i did email support about this and to ask if this had been fixed in the full version but i never got one reply. imho a company needs to be a lot more customer orientated these days.

I wanted a spy program that would work on both my XP and Vista computers. Ace Spy is working fine on both and capturing 100% of my kids' online actions.
Cons
You can send logs to your email address, but not the webcam shots. To see those you must bring up the program.

i am connected to a dial-up, and while the downlaod was happening i was reading the review. it worried me. but from the time i dbl click the installer to now, no problem. the setup gives a detailed info on whether to install as stealth or tester. i choose tester, there were icons made and a icon near d clock to access the interface. in the 1st 30 mins it recorded my firefox sites i visited, ms-outlook emails, and icq chat!! incredible. i tested the email forwarding, and its great. i am eager to test the automatic smsing so am orderin it.
