"Cracking detailed options in the GUI of this program!"
Pros: Extensive configurability in this product.
Cons: You can only monitor in 30min intervals!

Pros: you seldom meet companies that goes far beyond expectation while giving customer satisfaction, these people are one of them. unlike support persons who have not the faintest idea about the s/w, these guys responded to all my possible questions, loving the product so far...

Pros: apart from looking nice this is all i can say good.
Cons: i tried this and another '5 star rated' keylogger first before i settled on the one im using now. i found this to be very buggy and slowed my pc down to a point all i could do is reset the blinking thing. when i tested all keys i found that the program did not record ALL keys and in fact missed some vital ones out which my daughter uses for email. i did email support about this and to ask if this had been fixed in the full version but i never got one reply. imho a company needs to be a lot more customer orientated these days.

Version: AceSpy Spy Software 3.95
Pros: I wanted a spy program that would work on both my XP and Vista computers. Ace Spy is working fine on both and capturing 100% of my kids' online actions.
Cons: You can send logs to your email address, but not the webcam shots. To see those you must bring up the program.
