AceHTML Freeware (formerly AceExpert) is a free HTML Editor with many powerful features. You can add interactivity to your site with more than 100 predefined DHTML and other JavaScript scripts. Integration with GOgraph lets you search through 20,000 graphics. There is also an integrated style-sheet editor for adding CSS2 styles to Web sites, and a syntax checker to ensure validity of HTML code. Custom buttons and code templates automate repetitive tasks. Support for XML, Perl, and WML documents is provided. The Code Explorer provides rapid document navigation, the Extended Replace feature lets you make modifications throughout your Web site in a single operation, and the Image Browse feature allows you to browse the images of an entire directory and insert them into Web pages. There are also many visual wizards for frames, tables, and forms. New features in this version include proxy ports support, the ability for the status bar to display the real file size of the open documents, and the ability to double-click in the Code Explorer or Visual Explorer to highlight the link in the edit window.
