You can store data on FTP servers as well as on local storage devices (HDD, FDD, ZIP, JAZZ, MO or USB drives, folders in LAN and also recordable CD/DVD) with only a few mouse clicks. You can back up your data automatically using the integrated scheduler. In only a few steps, you can back up or restore your confidential data. You can also restore files in the original folder or in any other folder after a crash disaster. AceBackup saves several versions of similar files and has a filter for file extensions to store specific file types. Pros
Works fine, allows FTP encrypted backups to your own website domain as well as backups to local area workstations. Can be scheduled to run via Windows Scheduler. Has options to run and perhaps shut down programs before the backup is run. Several options for how to backup up. Can send a backup log email to track how the backup went.
Cons
Doesn't seem to have an option to override and backup 'locked' files.

Simple to set up -- dependable results.
