Duplicati is a free backup client that securely stores encrypted, incremental, and compressed backups on cloud storage services and remote file servers. It supports targets like Amazon S3, Windows Live SkyDrive, Google Docs, Rackspace Cloud Files or WebDAV, SSH, FTP.

Duplicati has built-in AES-256 encryption and backups can be signed using GNU Privacy Guard. A built-in scheduler makes sure that backups are always up-to-date. Last but not least, Duplicati provides various options and tweaks like filters, deletion rules, and transfer and bandwidth options to run backups for specific purposes.

Great for Cloud Backups

Pros
Able to successfully store encrypted backups on cloud servers like Skydrive (this may seem simple but it isn't). You can set up backups to run on a scheduled basis (since we usually don;t think to do this). It's free.
Cons
Just got started so I haven't found any yet.
Summary
If you want to do backups to Cloud Servers, this program can do it. It seems to be much more capable, in this regard, than some of the other backup programs that have thousands more downloads.
