Version: Acala DVD Ripper 2.6.6
Cons: I registered it and got an email with a blank for the registration code. I sent THREE emails (no response to any of my emails) and finally sent an email through Paypal almost a week since I registered. Only then did I get my code (actually, I requested my money back due to very poor support and so far have received no response in regards to getting my money back). I'm probably going to have to escellate the call for paypal to handle and if that goes nowhere, contact my credit card company and decline the charge. Their "24 hour" support is via a FAQ webpage. I guess that means I offer 24 hour support (through my website), too!
