Version: Acala DVD Copy 2.2.2

"SIMPLE, EASY TO USE, GREAT SUPPORT"

Pros: This app is fast. It downloads a 2 Hour DVD in about 14 minutes and burns the dvd in 16. The gui is minimal and user friendly and it appears that the developer has QAd the heck out of it. It is simple to use and explains itself. When I got the app the video was burning but the audio was not. I emailed Alex at about 8AM PST and by 530PM PST I had an email which provided me with the link to a patch that solved the problem and a list of steps to troubleshoot the App. Other than having burned about 9DVDs prior to contacting him thinking it was my DVD player I have NO COMPLAINTS. Alex makes himself avaialble via MSN Messenger and Google Talk. He has seemed to have mastered the balance between development and running the business!

Cons: The only issue I had was the audio issue I mentioned in the Pros section. Even that was a challenge that became a win.
