"Support doesn't exist"

Pros
worked - only after I solved (on my own) the problems I experienced with support.
Cons
Support is LOUSY! I sent MANY messages asking for help. None of them got a reply. (I am a registered user).
Summary
If I had any sort of reviews, up front, I probably would never d/l'd AND registered this product.
