Version: AVS Audio Recorder 3.8
Cons: If your PC dies and buy a new one like I did, you will receive an unregistered notice. They will tell you that you breached your license by putting what you paid for on your new PC and you will have to send them more money. Even after you explain to them you only have it on one machine. You will automatically be guilty. Buyers beware!!-

Pros: Allows for a brief review of what you might be able to do with it.
Cons: The product was misrepresented as freeware. The only catch is that the program is unusable until you pay to register it. Which of course makes it not free. Poor audio quality. No volume controls on playback.
Summary: Misrepresentation aside, the audio is poor quality when using unregistered. Its hard to tell if it will sound better after registration. There appear to be no volume controls for playback of what you just taped. Wasted 45 min. downloading, download... read more >>
