Users of AVG 6.0 who neglect to upgrade to AVG 7.0 by February 15 will no longer be protected from viruses by AVG. In order to continue to be protected by AVG Anti-Virus, you must be using AVG 7.0

This Update File is designed for AVG 6.0 Anti-Virus. Either you use Commercial version or Evaluation Trial version, you can download this Update file. Your program will use the proper data automatically.
- After download is completed, move file to UPDATE subdirectory. This subdirectory is located in main AVG directory (the directory, where you have AVG 6.0 installed).
- Run AVG 6.0 Anti-Virus.
- AVG 6.0 will find new Update file and use it automatically.
AVG 6.0 now supports smaller update files! The capability to support smaller updates has been introduced in update version 516. Going forward, all AVG 6.0 updates will be differential updates from version 516. For this reason, all AVG 6.0 systems must be updated to version 516. In order to perform any AVG 6.0 update to a version higher than 516, it will be necessary to have previously performed update 516. Check the version you currently have by selecting the "Information" tab in AVG Control Center - "Program Version." If the version number displayed is lower than 6.0.516, it will be necessary to run the update 516 first.
