"Spam detection not the greatest"

Pros
Inexpensive to purchase; user friendly so far
Cons
Continually finding wanted mail in my junk box, despite repeatedly adding them to my safe list, & still receive spam in my inbox. Have spoken to customer support but the issues remain... :-(
Summary
Spam detection needs improving, otherwise seems fine.
