"no support, looks for excuses not to help"
Pros: easy use on scan and operation
Cons: lack of support , customer error not us refuse to fix problem
Summary: allthough product rated highly by cnet their lack of suport and interest to resolve problem after repeated e-mails both to sales and support makes this a waste of time and energy other products moe responsive

"Can't use the 30-Day Free Trial!"
Pros: Can't tell you any pros...
Cons: Can't install the so called 30-day free trial. When go to install it asks you for the license number. There is no way to get around this window and the download doesn't even give you a license number to use.
Summary: I would love to try this software before having to buy it, but it doesn't allow you access to the trial version... so DON'T Download it if you are planning to use trial version. I guess I will have to just use the free version till I can afford to b... read more >>
