I thought I liked the product until I had a problem. There is no tech support
Cons
I requested a superviisor 7 times all requests were ignored. There is not way to temporarly turn off the software one has to spend 30 minutes going thru every application to turn them off individually
Summary
Dont waste your time. The best producrts have customer support when a person is in need. I had an email going on with different individuals from a foreign country who were determined to write the same insturctions that did not solve my issues as many ways as possible. No one person listened to me or cared to solve the delima. I contacted LogMeIn they were fielding thousands of complaints reinstalled my program quickly and we moved forward. Bottom line there are other better products that care about their consumers

- When I signed up for their software, they never sent me a License Key. NO ONE RESPONDS to your request for the license key. I sent a request twice already and all I got was a stinky auto response.

This program worked in removing things that other scanners didn't find. I have no reservations in referring AVG to anyone looking for protection. I am very impressed at how quick and easy the download was... and FREE!

Great price! If this takes care of my system and functions as promised, then I will definately be looking into buying additional products to make things run smoothly and safely.
Cons
The immediate up-dates at 8:30am, when I'm settling in to work, were a hassle until I figured out how to schedule them at a less intrusive time.
