This free toolbar offers AOL members one-click access to tons of popular applications, and it does it all in a nicely designed package.
AOL Toolbar (for Internet Explorer) attaches a slim toolbar to your IE. The buttons are bright, and pleasing to the eye. Of course, you need to be an AOL member in order to enjoy all of its components, especially the e-mail and instant messaging features. You'll find standard toolbar features like a pop-up blocker, history and cache cleaner, and weather forecast; although the weather forecast doesn't actually display the weather on the toolbar. Instead, it takes you directly to AOL's weather site. We liked the MapQuest shortcut that lets you input an address in a drop-down box so as to not interrupt your browsing. A nice selection of game links are provided by games.com. You can easily customize the toolbar by adding extra buttons from a button gallery, which includes popular sites like Facebook, Flicker, and IMDb. A ticker, or Surfometer, shows you how many pages you've viewed during your online session.
We highly recommend this easily customized, handy toolbar for all AOL users.

Pros: it's a good idea..
Cons: it's a good idea..but every time that i log ff it restarts and im not happy with that..lol
