"problems......"

Pros: have the amv player n converter that i have downloaded from amv utilities.

Cons: theres an error when i start it n it says that the file required to run it's property is missing n say that some function may be lost.i tried reinstall it with the add or remave program as it told me to do but still the same! whats the problem callum?
