From Aquarius I.S. Consultancy :Back up selected files, folders, disks, or complete systems to CD, DVD, FTP, e-mail, USB, FireWire, removable, network, and local disks. Disaster recovery backup and restore of Windows possible. CD & DVD backups use an integrated or third party interface. Backs up new and changed files since previous backup, spans named multiple media when full. Backup may optionally include the NTFS security settings. Test backup option, encrypted backup and schedule backups. Disk based backups can be automatically pruned to save disk space. Comprehensive restore options from individual files and folders to complete systems, optional drag and drop restore. Optionally choose to restore files from a specified dated backup session. Disk to disk Copy or Synchronize files and folders option and access to NTFS alternate data streams. Volume Copy Shadow is supported to backup opened exclusive files under Windows XP, Server 2003 and Windows Vista RC1.

"I've used lots or other rubbish I'm 66 and this is the best!"
Pros: It will record to anywhere, I use HDD and DVD for backup and can save the whole of C Disk in one step and bring it all back in one step or any individual file or folder as required. Tech support is great and updates are free. Also a UK product
