This slick privacy utility effectively removes system traces and even wipes the free spaces on your hard drive. Excelling across the board, AEVITA Tracks Eraser's professionally designed GUI deletes Windows tracks such as the Recent Documents list, the run history, the temporary files directory, and the Recycle Bin. You'll also be able to dump all of the recent file lists generated from using any Microsoft Office application. Although its browser scope is limited to Internet Explorer and Opera, the program thoroughly removes the cache, the history, cookies, and URLs. Not only that, it impressively deletes the evidence of several IM clients, P2P applications, and a number of other third-party applications. The emergency hot key they've thrown in is gem if you're in a pinch. It immediately closes all IE windows and can be set to quickly clean traces in stealth. As if that weren't enough, you can add other programs to the list to immediately shut down at the hot-key press. Its file shredder uses government standard erasure and its free-space wiping algorithms can overwrite as many times as you tell it to.
