From J3 Technologies :ABC Image Browser can be used to browse, edit, and e-mail images from Web sites or from your personal collection. Image Browser has a slide show interface that allows you to organize, magnify, e-mail, print, and simply enjoy your images whether they come from a digital camera, the Web, a scanner, or hundreds of other sources. Browsing images and folders is easily done via keyboard shortcuts, buttons, and clickable thumbnail previews, or you can sit back and let Slide Show mode do the browsing for you. Do you have an image that has extra stuff on it? Crop it. Is the lighting in your photos a bit off? Fix it, using Gamma Correct or one of the features in the Adjust Colors & Lighting window. Does your Aunt Sue have the dreaded red eyes? Drop in some digital Visine (a.k.a. the red-eye removal tool). When you're done editing your pictures, relax and enjoy them with image-transition sounds and visual effects, or share them with a friend using the E-mail wizard.
