From Tactical Soft :A.R.S.E.N.A.L. Extended Power is a real-time strategy game featuring 40 types of units from World War II for land, sea, and air combat. In addition to building and deploying forces, the game requires skills in managing resources and negotiating with other players. Its features include network and online games of up to 32 players, player chat, World High Score, a user level editor with online sharing, and a random game generator providing billions of auto-generated game levels. The game is upgraded on a regular basis.
Version 2.C offers a new display option, the Deep View. This option is optimized for not-so-new PCs without a 3D-accelerator card and runs smoothly from a 800MHz CPU with 128MB RAM.

Version: A.R.S.E.N.A.L. Extended Power 2.C
"Excellent game - my absolute favourite"
Pros: An outstanding program with real game depth, innovative features and good updates. It combines easy handling, excellent units, economy simulation and great wargame action. A real monumental game which will take you to a world beyond your imagination. Build up a civilization and lead your army to the victory over challenging AI opponents or real players. A lot of weapons and tools will help you on your way, there is war at land, air and sea, with you in the middle of it. Be sure to be strong, there is no place to hide!

"If you are lazy enough to just read this 1 line summary & go,I hail you as god"
Pros: uh.....you'll need a messed up pc to play it? I guess that's a pro.....
Cons: lemme list it in point form:
1-major flaw in the algorithm of the game, cracks are everywhere.
2-unnecessary updates that eats up unnecessary memory.
3-the developer is stubborn, egotistic and unconsiderate, banning people for no reason. (I cant believe I got through that one with out swearing)
4-not-worth-it yearly subscription
5-VERY POOR graphics
6-VERY POOR sound
7-Practically NO community involved, if you do, you are usually considered "internet gang"
8-NO interaction with the developer
9-No privacy, all games are recorded, all chats are recorded, even which button you click is recorded.
10-I wish they had a "0" rating option
11-if I had bothered, I wouldve done the top 20

"You have no idead how many problems this game has..."
Pros: You don't HAVE TO PLAY IT...
Cons: Everything else...This game is actually not half bad, but the developer sticks his nose into everything you do so you cannot possibly have any fun playing this game. He makes sure that you are going to bow to his every whim and that you will be frustrated with all the bugs and annoying limitations within a week, because if you ask for any help on the matter, you just get ignored. What a waste, If you are considering buying this game...DON'T...take it from someone who wishes he'd saved his money for something more enjoyable...like a root canal.

Pros: I can play this game for hours and houres. This game is really fun stuff. I can recommend everyone to play the game and don't listen to those who think it is a bad game. they just don't know what's real fun.

"Great intelligent wargame with enormous addiction-level !"
Pros: Awesome gameplay, quite exciting trying to beat the oponents, just can't stop when you're at it, it's just what makes this game so wonderfull! As I rated it, can't recommend this game enough ! Beware, once you start it, there's no way back, you're addicted from moment one !
Cons: There's nothing to tell, no cons.
There are reviewers who claim otherwise, don't take them serious!
