A.R.S.E.N.A.L. Extended Power is a real-time strategy game featuring 40 types of World War II units for land, sea, and air combat. In addition to building and deploying forces, you need skill in managing resources and negotiating with other players. Features include network and online gaming with up to 32 players, player chat, world high scores, a level editor with online sharing, and a random game generator.

In version 2.A, civilians now surrender to occupying forces, so you don't have to destroy housing.
