As plainly stated in its moniker, this application offers a hypnosis session as a free aid in lessening alcohol use. A Free Reduce Alcohol Use Hypnosis Session starts off unimpressively. Its crude interface has a glitch when maximized, and the two buttons to start and stop sessions are outdated.
During the six-minute hypnosis session you'll see positive affirmations quickly flash across your screen. Among the messages targeted at your subconscious are "Feel energized" and "Reduce alcohol intake." You won't be able to create your own set of messages or customize appearance. Despite its less-than-desirable appearance, this freebie is easy to operate for any user.
