This freeware program is designed to boost your self-esteem through hypnosis, but don't expect much in the way of customization. A Free Boost Your Self Esteem Hypnosis Session's crude interface is simple to use, but we had problems when we tried to maximize the interface. During the 6-minute session, brief messages appear at the center of rotating loops and zigzag lines. You can't customize the program to change the message, nor can you set the session duration. Although the program is listed as freeware, information for buying the accompanying 30-minute audio session is prominently displayed on the interface. With its unappealing design and short session, this seems more like a demo than a full-blown app.
