From NeSoft :This tool for converting among WAV, MP3, WMA, and OGG files converts in one click from Windows Explorer with shell presets; has 16 converters and fast converting speeds; has audio-format conversion that executes directly without any temporary files; has advanced output settings (you can change the bit rate, which goes up to 320Kbps, the sample rate, and stereo modes); has automatic source deleting (files can be deleted automatically after conversion); has drag and drop support; and has a tag editor.
In version 1.5 all program windows can be attached to Main Window with a help of a special button.

Pros: Great, intuitive interface.
Cons: When using an audio converter, why not get one that supports ALL formats? This one's good, but not the best. Sorry.

Pros: Looks simple and has very few moving parts. I would buy it or any converter, without hesitation, if it would just be simple and work.
Cons: It has a folder button that should allow you to convert folders, but it didn't work and led to the whole program shutting down. Most annoying was the fact that the trial will only allow one conversion at a time, but, of course, while you wait for the 5 second pause to end you are offered an chance to buy the product. I guess it can't stand on its own.
