Version: 3proxy 0.5.3g
"may work but I refuse to configure this!"
Pros: had no time to find out
Cons: In these days you can expect a tool to offer a proper user interface, which helps a NEW user (although NO beginner) to learn the usage of the tool. I don't have time to read all the documentation to learn how to make a config file and start the tool in the console, just to find out that it does NOT do what I wanted...

Version: 3proxy 0.5.3g
Pros: none
Cons: you cant figure out how to get this thing to run when you're a newbie. the first thing you see when you double-click for the first time is a window with several files. you open or run each file there but get nothing. so, if it's working for "seasoners users" thats good, but it will fail for newbies who can't figure how to make to go.
