Vulcan's 3dVoiceNews technology for windows� 95, 98, 2000, ME, CE and XP, combines real time 3d rendering with dynamic synthetic speech, in turn presenting perfectly lip synched characters who speak your text based news.

There are two elements, the 3dVoiceNews (player) that is made available to your customers and the 3dVoiceNews-Creator that allows you to customize (the player), compose your daily news and upload everything to your server.
