From RomanLab Software :

3D Grapher will help you create and manipulate full-color animated 2D and 3D graphs. You can specify an unlimited number of equations that can be plotted using different colors and lighting. Functions can be parametric and include a time variable for animation. All plots can be in either Cartesian, cylindrical, or spherical coordinates. It includes a FAQ section in the help file.

Version 1.1.3 adds undo/redo support, full-screen mode, improved interface, some new samples, and it fixes several bugs.
