From RomanLab Software :

3D Grapher will help you create and manipulate full-color, animated 2D and 3D graphs. You can specify an unlimited number of equations that can be plotted using different colors and lighting. Functions can be parametric and include a time variable for animation. All plots can be in either Cartesian, cylindrical, or spherical coordinates.

This update offers an improved interface, some new samples, and an FAQ section in the help file.
