"Great free screen-capture software"

Pros

- several capture methods
- multiple screenshots open at once
- screenshot manipulation
- provides ability to add dialogue boxes, text, highlighting, etc. Works almost as well as paint. Combined with paint.net this is a powerful, free tool.

Cons

'Help' isn't quite as helpful as it could be, but, if you're patient you'll be able to figure out all the benefits of this software.

Summary

I have been using this product at work for screen-shots for the last 5 years and it is indispensable! You can manipulate your screenshots in many ways, add text, dialogue boxes, highlighting, etc. The longer you play with it the more you'll discover. I write documentation at work and 20/20 along with paint.net work as well as anything else I've used.

Unfortunately, this link doesn't take me to the 20/20 download. Instead, i'm being hijacked to a freeware downloading site - not cool!
