From 4 Neurons :1Fh is program for fast opening and binary editing files regardless the size. It is capable of displaying file in machine code and in hex code. It is the only hex editor for Windows capable of displaying files in byte code (all 256) characters. Version 1.15 modified entire internal engine and added third type of view for text documents (use F4 to toggle views).

Pros: It didn't crash.
Cons: It's simply not a hex editor. There's no way to display the contents of the file in hex. Worthless.
