Pros
One time cost of $65.00 for lifetime access and cloud backup capability
Cons
None so far, since $65.00 for the one time cost seems reasonable compared to the cost of 1TB USB HDD backup.
Summary
It is still early in my usage, however I am uploading as I write this. Ask me in a month or two.
