  Pros

  Small. Clear. That's abou it.

  Cons

  To find unit you want to convert you have to click on Source which opens another window where you have to scroll down a list. Strangely, Temperature only includes Celcius, Kelvin & Rankine, it doesn't include Farenheit!

  Summary

  There are more comprehensive and easier to use ones out there.
