This application does nothing more than recommend that users download and use a pair of other programs. WiseSurfer Elite Diagnostic Utility's interface is nothing more than a pull-down question followed by a series of simple explanation screens. A pair of buttons lets users navigate backward and forward through the screens.
Though named WiseSurfer Elite Diagnostic Utility, this app isn't a system diagnostic tool. It actually displays screens based on the user's selection to the question "What is causing you the most trouble?" Users choose from common problems such as the system boots slowly, suffers from pop-ups, gets error messages, has the home page changed, or other common errors. No matter what problem is selected, the app returns an answer that recommends downloading one of two other apps, both of which are from the same publisher as WiseSurfer Elite Diagnostic Utility.
While WiseSurfer Elite Diagnostic Utility does include a very simple diagnosis paragraph with each answer, the information would help only the most novice users.
