This application does nothing more than recommend that users download and use a pair of other programs. WiseSurfer Elite Diagnostic Utility's interface is nothing more than a pull-down question followed by a series of simple explanation screens. A pair of buttons lets users navigate backward and forward through the screens.

Though named WiseSurfer Elite Diagnostic Utility, this app isn't a system diagnostic tool. It actually displays screens based on the user's selection to the question "What is causing you the most trouble?" Users choose from common problems such as the system boots slowly, suffers from pop-ups, gets error messages, has the home page changed, or other common errors. No matter what problem is selected, the app returns an answer that recommends downloading one of two other apps, both of which are from the same publisher as WiseSurfer Elite Diagnostic Utility.

While WiseSurfer Elite Diagnostic Utility does include a very simple diagnosis paragraph with each answer, the information would help only the most novice users. This free "tool" is really a marketing gimmick for the two paid programs it leads you to. If your system is having any problems, we suggest you skip this freeware and find a real diagnostic tool.

When Wise Surfer downloads it says click here to begin. Now it has a drop down menu to select different categories. I selected I get many error messages. And it scanned my computer fast and said threat level high.
Cons
Now they give me a the diagnosis, stating error messages are caused by errors in the registry. They want me to download paretologics regcure, to scan my registry for free. But regcure has a price of $19.95 so this is a scam.
