Wise Disk Cleaner 8 Portable is a full-featured disk and system cleaning utility that you can carry around on a USB thumb drive.
Pros
Common and Advanced Cleaners: The Common Cleaner's Scheduler can include the Advanced Cleaner in its scans. Advanced Settings include file types and the option to include invalid shortcuts and empty files, which can slow scanning. The Auto Run settings include a Command Line option.
Slimming System: The Slimming System scanner finds software your computer probably doesn't need. Removing them can reclaim disk space and performance.
Custom one-click: You can create a "Clean with 1-click" icon for the desktop.
Cons
Ads and pop-ups: A pop-up ad appeared as soon as we opened Wise Disk Cleaner Portable, and the interface has another ad. Ads pay freeware's bills, but these are a bit more annoying than some (though hardly the worst we've seen).
Bottom Line
Wise Disk Cleaner 8 Portable is an excellent tool for your portable toolkit. While most users should probably opt for the fully installed version of Wise Disk Cleaner 8 for daily use, there's no reason you can't have both!
