Encode or re-encode MP3 files and reproduce folder structure.

Simply encode or re-encode your MP3 by using the famous Lame encoder. Has a simple and efficient front-end. Add some files in the list, by using one of the two buttons, add file(s) or import folder. You can choose the bit rate and encoding mode; CBR (Constant Bit Rate) or ABR (Average Bit Rate). Id3 tags (v1 & v2) can be preserved.

This software can also work with a full folder containing sub-directories, optionally reproducing the folder structure. Very light, no installation is required. Languages English/French. Version 1.3 build 1396 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Simple and self-contained. Just the right amount of "advanced" tweaks to satisfy the more sophisticated user. No unnecessary chatter - it goes about it's job efficiently.

Summary
I downloaded this program to shrink an mp3 for a powerpoint project. Exactly 1 minute and 22 seconds later I had my file shrunk from 6MB to 1MB with 48k sound quality. If you find something that works better than this, invest stock as it will be better than sliced bread.

Immediately usable for everyone, then complex fonctionnalities will be discovered under the "advanced options" tabs.

We would like it to convert more audio formats !
